Cooking Instructions

Store the cheesecake frozen (-18 °C) until ready to serve. Before thawing, remove the cheesecake form the foil and tray while frozen and place it on an appropriate plate.
Thaw for 2-3 hours at room temperature. We do not recommend using the microwave to defrost. To enjoy it hot: After it is thawed, place it in a microwave-safe plate, big enough to contain the dripping sauce and warm up in microwave for about 2 minutes. Let it cool down for about 30 seconds before serving.
