2 eggs yolks
½ cup sugar
1 package Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar
hot water
2 egg whites
about 0,88 cup all-purpose flour

Filling Ingredients:

Dr. Oetker French Vanilla Mousse
1 cup cold water
lb cream cheese
1 cup whipping cream
icing sugar
lemon zest

Batter

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 26 cm (10½”) spring form or flan pan. Combine egg yolks, 2/3 of sugar, vanilla sugar and hot water. Beat at high speed of electric mixer until thick and creamy. Beat egg whites and remaining sugar to stiff peaks. Fold into egg yolk mixture. Sift flour and baking powder together over egg mixture. Fold in gently. Turn batter into prepared pan. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from pan immediately. Cool cake completely.

Filling

Beat cheese until smooth. Gradually add mousse and water, adding lemon zest and icing sugar. Beat whipping cream in small mixing bowl to soft peak. Fold gently into cheese mixture. Spread cheese mixture on top of cake. Decorate attractively with fruit of your choice.
