|1 package||Shirriff Pie Crust|
|3 tbsp||unsweetened cocoa powder|
|3 - 5 tbsp||cold water|
|1 package||Shirriff Chocolate Pudding & Pie Filling|
|3 cup||2% Milk|
|1 package||Shirriff Chocolate Mousse|
|1 cup||2% Milk|
|about ¼ cup||chocolate shavings|
Preheat oven to 425°F/220°C.
While pudding cools, prepare Chocolate Mousse as instructed on the package. Reserve in refrigerator.
Once chilled, remove pie from refrigerator. Using a spatula, spread the mousse over top of the set pudding. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings (if using) and serve.
