In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the heavy cream and softened butter. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring continuously to prevent lumps. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Pour the batter into three greased baking pans, dividing it evenly. Smooth the surface with a spatula and tap the pans lightly to remove any air bubbles. This helps in providing a uniform texture to your cake.
Bake the cakes in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Once baked, allow the cakes to cool in the pans for about 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
For the icing, beat the butter until creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar, and continue to beat. Add the milk a little at a time until the icing reaches your desired consistency. Once the cake layers are completely cool, spread the icing generously between the layers and on top. Decorate with sprinkles and cake candles as desired.
