Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a consistent dough forms. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place the dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 5 cm apart to allow room for spreading.
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
