In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar until smooth and creamy. Gradually fold in the whipped cream, mixing gently until well combined.
In a small saucepan, soak the gelatin sheets in water for about 5 minutes. Heat gently until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Add 3-4 tablespoons of the prepared cream to adjust the temperature of the gelatine and mis gently until well combined.
Slowly add the gelatin mixture to the cream cheese filling, mixing constantly to ensure even distribution. Pour the filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
Smooth the top with a silicone spatula and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. Once set, remove from the springform pan, slice, and serve chilled with fresh fruit of your choice. Enjoy your delightful No Bake Cheesecake!
