Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat your oven to 180°C. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and Dr. Oetker Vanilla Extract and beat until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, Dr. Oetker Baking Powder and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the peanut butter and chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to place rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced about 5 cm apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
