In a separate bowl, combine the flour, Dr. Oetker Baking Powder, Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until the batter is smooth and well combined.
Grease your bundt pan generously and pour the batter into the pan, spreading it evenly. Tap the pan gently on the counter to release any air bubbles.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
