Preheat your oven to 180°C and prepare a baking pan by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it lightly with butter.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, Dr. Oetker Butterscotch Pie Filling & Dessert Mix, Dr. Oetker Baking Powder, caster sugar, and Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar.
In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients: melted butter and eggs until well combined.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined and smooth. Be careful not to overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares and serving. Enjoy!
