Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease a 9-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, Dr. Oetker Baking Powder, and Dr. Oetker Chocolate Pie Filling & Dessert Mix.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, caster sugar, butter, and milk until smooth and creamy. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Spread it evenly and tap gently to remove air bubbles. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
For the filling, place the heavy cream and 0.3 package Dr. Oetker Butterscotch Pie Filling & Dessert Mix in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously to prevent burning. Once the mixture comes to a boil and begins to thicken, continue to stir for 1 more minute. Remove from heat and stir well two separate times over a 5-minute period. Let it cool to room temperature and stir well.
In another bowl, combine whipping cream and Dr. Oetker Whip It. Using an handheld electric mixer, whip mixture until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the cooled pudding mixture, gently mixing until it achieves a smooth and creamy consistency.
Place the cake on a plate, arrange banana slices on top and gently pour the icing on top. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours or until firm. Cover with additional slices of banana for decoration.
