Preheat your oven to 180°C. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, Dr. Oetker Baking Powder, Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar, and cocoa powder until well combined.
In another bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add the oil and milk to the bananas and mix well to combine.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in half of the chocolate chips.
Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full. Top with the other half of the chocolate chips. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy your Chocolate Banana Muffins!
