In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and Dr. Oetker Instant Yeast and mix well. Slowly pour in the warm water while stirring with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms.
Knead the dough gently in the bowl for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for 2 hours at room temperature, or until it has doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 230°C. Place the Dutch oven with its lid inside the oven to preheat for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and shape it into a ball.
Place the dough ball onto a sheet of parchment paper. Carefully remove the preheated Dutch oven from the oven and lift the parchment paper with the dough ball into the Dutch oven. Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes.
