In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, Dr. Oetker Baking Powder, and salt. Gradually add milk to the dry ingredients, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Mix until you achieve a smooth batter, then slowly incorporate the melted butter.
Grease your baking dish and pour the batter evenly into it. Spoon the peach mixture over the batter without mixing them. The batter will rise around the peaches as it bakes.
