Fold in the peanut butter and chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to place rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced about 5 cm apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
