Prepare the strong brewed coffee and allow it to cool. Once cooled, pour it into a shallow dish. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee, ensuring they are soaked but not falling apart.
In a mixing bowl, add the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, Dr. Oetker Whip It, sugar, and Dr. Oetker Vanilla Paste. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth and forms stiff peaks. Set aside.
In a baking dish, spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture evenly. Arrange a layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers on top. Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of the mascarpone mixture.
Cover the Tiramisu and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder for decoration.
