Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease the cake pans and line the bases with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine the Dr. Oetker Chocolate Pie Filling & Dessert Mix, flour, Dr. Oetker Baking Powder, sugar and Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar.
In another bowl, combine milk, sour cream, the eggs and vegetable oil.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined to form a smooth batter. Mix in the coffee, divide the batter evenly between the two the prepared pans and spread it evenly.
Bake the cake in the preheated oven for approximately 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. Carefully peel off the baking paper. Turn back the base and cut horizontally one time each. Place the bottom layer on a cake plate.
For the chocolate cream frosting, place the heavy cream and Dr. Oetker Chocolate Pie Filling & Dessert Mix in a saucepan. Stir continuously over medium-high heat (approx.15 min.) until the mixture comes to a boil and begins to thicken. Stir for an additional minute, then remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave: heat for 30 seconds and then stir. Heat in 10 second bursts and stir after each burst until the chocolate is melted. Leave the chocolate to one side to cool.
Place the butter into a free standing mixer and add a third of the icing sugar. Mix until the icing sugar is combined, add the next third of icing sugar and repeat until all the icing sugar has been added and is combined. Add the white chocolate and beat the buttercream until it is light and fluffy in texture. Add the milk if you think the buttercream is too stiff.
Once cooled, whip the chocolate cream mixture with the softened butter using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Use one third of it and mix it with the cream cheese.
On the first layer of cake, spread the half of the white chocolate cream. Lay on another base and press down lightly. Spread the chocolate filling with cream cheese on it. Place the third layer on top and spread the remaining white chocolate cream followed by the last layer of cake and spread the rest of the chocolate buttercream evenly over the cooled cake. Chill the cake for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the frosting to set. Enjoy your indulgent Tuxedo Cake!
