Preheat your oven to 175°C and grease a loaf pan. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, Dr. Oetker Baking Powder, salt, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas, vegetable oil, almond milk and Dr. Oetker Organic Vanilla Paste until smooth. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
